Our Prices
Most bookkeepers charge by the hour, which makes costs hard to predict. We use flat-rate pricing instead. Same price every month, no surprises.
Bookkeeping
One flat monthly rate based on how much activity your business has.
What's included
Reconciliation, categorization, and financial statements. We also catch errors like misclassified expenses, duplicate items, and things not adding up, before they become problems. Your books will be ready for tax preparation, and are actually useful the rest of the year when you need to know where your business stands.
How our pricing works
Your price depends on transaction volume. A business with 50 transactions a month costs less than one with 500. We'll look at your numbers, give you a flat rate, and that's what you pay. Same amount every month unless your business changes significantly.

What You Get for the Price
Real clarity on whether your business is working the way you think it is.
Actually Know If You're Profitable
Most small business owners look at their bank account to see how they're doing. That works until it doesn't. Good bookkeeping shows you what's revenue, what's profit, and what's just cash moving around.
Tax Season Won't Be a Disaster
When your books are current, tax prep takes hours instead of weeks. Your accountant won't charge extra to fix a year's worth of mistakes, and you won't miss deductions because everything's buried in a spreadsheet.
Make Decisions With Facts
Should you hire someone? Buy equipment? Raise prices? These decisions are a lot easier when you know what you spent last quarter, what you're bringing in now, and what you can actually afford.
